That Windows 8 PC and related network are, however, at my sister's house. This will have to wait until I can contact her or my next visit. Also please try to disable firewall and antivirus program to see if it works. I am having the same issue and quite frankly I am growing tired of these version related problems. I just want it to work and given what I've already paid for this OS and new laptop, I should not have to go into the system settings and spend days trouble shooting to make it work.
